Sherri serves as an Executive Assistant to the Investment Team and currently holds a real estate license. Her duties will consist of coordinating & assisting in Real Estate and Investment matters for Kent Hildebrand, Vice President, CFO, and CPA, Colin Kraay, CCIM, Vice President, Chad Barton, CCIM, Vice President, James Peterson, CLS, JD, Vice President, and George Larimore, CPA. Sherri also helped to set-up the listing system for Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce.
Sherri was a former Executive Assistant and Listing Coordinator for Commerce Realty and Management Company’s Grand Rapids, Grand Haven and Saugatuck Offices. Her background consists of over 17 years in the Real Estate business including knowledge and research of aerials, Sidwell, township zoning, GRAR/CAR Commercial/ Residential listings, addendums & purchase agreements, lease agreements, internet sources, marketing, client interaction. Her past employer was the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors where she worked as a Listing Coordinator and Member Assistant. |
