Site Selection requires specialized experience and knowledge due to the differing demographic distributions, accessibility cost versus value differences, and long-term trends of various sites which may be considered. We excel in both single and multiple-site assignments, because we know our market exceptionally well. We take extra time to understand our clients' objectives and we are aggressive in executing those assignments.

We also provide Site Development services, whether as a consultant or as a provider of build-to-suit opportunities. In many areas, to meet a client's requirement for leased premises we will arrange for the aquisition of a site and develop a single-tenant or multi-tenant facility to accommodate the client. In the case of a multi-site assignment, we will work with our client to define site objectives for the entire market, and then find specific sites to meet those goals.
