Kurt’s desire to expand his knowledge of commercial development brought him to Commerce Realty and Management Company, now Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce. From the site selection and acquisition phase to the construction management and brokerage phases, Kurt’s involvement in all facets of residential development have provided him with the strong foundation that will facilitate his success in commercial real estate.
In addition to obtaining his broker’s license, Kurt is also a graduate of the Realtor’s Institute, a Certified Residential Specialist, and is working toward his CCIM designation. |
