Mr. Murray became a real estate professional with Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce in September of 1996. His honesty and attention to meeting client’s needs has been his primary asset in providing real estate services. Mike takes great pride in using his market knowledge to serve his clients.
Mr. Murray was immediately drawn into the retail aspect of commercial real estate. One of his first projects was the redevelopment of a shopping center in Kentwood, Michigan. His dedication to the development of retail in this particular area of Kentwood has lead to continued new retail development. As a result, he secured an account from one of the nation’s top ten apartment developers, advising them in the sale of their excess land along the South Beltline. Clients who have purchased the property have been the 16-screen Celebration! Cinema, Pizzeria Uno, Steak & Shake, and Bob Evans.
When working with Mr. Murray, it is easy to see that he has a passion for retail in West Michigan. He is currently working with retailers, developers, sellers and landlords throughout the greater Grand Rapids area.
