Steven A. Millman joined the Grand Rapids, Mich. office of Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce (G&E|PC) in June 2006 as a Retail Advisor, bringing a dynamic background in real estate investment, franchise ownership and tax sale specialization to the firm.
He launched his career in Chicago, spearheading a Michigan tax sale project for a large investment firm. His keen sales abilities parlayed into a series of promotions with a transportation/carrier business, in which Mr. Millman’s was responsible for everything from monthly truck load shipments to freight cost negotiations. He then shifted into retail ownership, serving as owner/operator of an automotive touch-up and spot repair franchise. His leadership helped expand the business from a one—person operation to multi-unit company. His entrepreneur qualities also provided a strong foundation to his position as a partner in a Chicago land investment firm, in which Mr. Millman directed the sale, purchase and property management of residential real estate portfolios. |
