Joel Kamstra joined Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce full time in June 2007 after completing an internship with the firm. After spending some time in the Investment Services Group, Joel transitioned to join the Retail Group as an advisor. Joel has a significant background in the research department of Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce which lends itself to his strong knowledge of the marketplace. Joel’s client-driven approach to real estate service is complimentary to all aspects of Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce’s scope of services.
