Mr. Denton joined Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce (G&E|PC) in 2002, bringing more than 15 years experience working with independent and national retailers in a variety of director-level, marketing, sales and business development positions.
As a Retail Advisor with G&E|PC, Mr. Denton specializes in retail and hospitality properties, including retail land development, landlord and tenant representation and property disposition. He has represented landlords in the West Michigan market in the development, leasing and sale of big-box power centers, grocery anchored and neighborhood retail centers.
As a Tenant Representative, Mr. Denton has worked with national retailers in their acquisition of retail and restaurant space in Michigan. Some of these assignments include CVS, Movie Gallery, Bennigan’s, Papa Murphy’s, Atlanta Bread Company, Centennial Wireless, Quizno’s, Family Dollar, Edward Jones and Regis.
In Sept. 2004, Mr. Denton was appointed to Partner with G&E|P. This move reinforces Mr. Denton’s consistent track record of success, as well as underscores his core competencies and values:
