Mr. Bussey has been a commercial realtor for over 25 years with an emphasis on retail, land, and investment brokerage.  He is recognized as one of the foremost commercial brokers in West Michigan in his areas of specialty.  Mr. Bussey is also a principle with Midwest Development Partners, Inc., which specializes in land development and retail projects.

Mr. Bussey has been involved in several development partnerships throughout his real estate profession.  These include Grand Rapids Land & Cattle Co., L.L.C., Kentwood Senior Housing Partners, Apple Avenue Associates I, L.L.C., Plaza Partners, L.L.C., Midwest Development Partners, Inc. and others.  The partnerships have given Mr. Bussey the experience needed to successfully market a wide range of property types as well as provide development-consulting services for clients.  He has also been very active in site selection assignments for a wide range of retail uses, restaurants and hotels.
