Shawn is an integral part of the Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce property management team. In mid 2007, Shawn moved into a new role as a Residential Coordinator; assisting in the management of the residential portfolio including 5 Lyon Street, a 163 unit student housing development. Shawn brings his exceptional customer service philosophy to the forefront on a daily basis.
Shawn is regularly commended by our clients and tenants, who appreciate his positive attitude and quick, thorough response. His ability to focus on the task at hand has been honed through his commitment to musical studies of the piano, guitar and voice. He is also a highly ranked billiards player and member of the American Pool Association.
