Nick Hamadanchi joined Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce as an Assistant Property Manager in April
2009. Nick will support the company’s property managers in the day-to-day efforts of managing multiple
office, retail and industrial building portfolios. These efforts include, but are not limited to, supervising
maintenance relating to the interior and exterior condition of properties, tenant relations, financial
management, and responding to concerns and needs of tenants as required.

Nick’s real estate emphasis and interests while obtaining his business economics and finance degree from
Seidman College of Business make him a great addition to the Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce property
management team.
