Anne Ficeli is a Senior Property Manager for Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce (G&E|PC). In this position, Ms. Ficeli utilizes her extensive property management expertise in assisting clients enhance the value of their investments through a broad continuum of strategic property management services.
Ms. Ficeli offers over 15 years of property management experience throughout West Michigan. Historically, Ms. Ficeli has served as Director of Property Management for Investment Property Management, a division of the Granger Group of Companies. In this position, Ms. Ficeli directed a staff of 14 associates in the management of a real estate portfolio exceeding 1.5 million sq. ft. of office, industrial, retail and warehouse property valued at approximately $700 million.
Prior to this position, Ms. Ficeli served as a Property Administrator with Oxford Partners, Inc. of Grand Rapids, personally managing more than 400,000 sq. ft. of local office space and directing a staff of 5 associates. This included managing tenant relations and the coordination of all maintenance, repair and building improvements for eight area office buildings.
In addition to her impressive management experience, Ms. Ficeli has extensive account management expertise and marketing skills. Her background, together with that of G&E|PC’s Property Management team, creates a winning combination for real estate owners and their tenants.
A member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Ms. Ficeli holds a license in real estate and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Her commitment to BOMA includes participation in its prestigious “Boot Camp” courses and she currently serves on the executive board of BOMA West Michigan. She has also volunteered in the community, participating in Project ReHab’s Project Charlie. |
