Elizabeth Slane, a partner of Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce, has more than 15 years experience in asset and property management. As Director of Property Management, Elizabeth is responsible for all activities associated with the management of a diverse portfolio of office, retail, medical, mixed use, residential and investment properties and directs a staff of 21 dedicated professionals in property management, facilities management, accounting and building maintenance. Elizabeth holds an associate brokers license. Her past experience includes CBRE, Cambridge Realty Partners, GVA Strategis and Spartan Stores.
Elizabeth has attained her Certified Property Manager® (CPM) designation, placing her in the company of the industry’s elite asset and property management practitioners and providing the platform to place Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce as the largest third party property management firm in West Michigan.
Elizabeth is the recipient of the 2005 Realtor of the Year awarded by the Commercial Alliance of the Realtors (CAR) and was a 2006 nominee for Realtor of the Year by the Michigan Association of the Realtors (MAR). She also was awarded the Committee Task Force Achievement Award from CAR in 2003. Elizabeth has chaired the CAR Networking & Events Committee and directs the annual CAR golf event.
Elizabeth is past President of the Building Owners and Managers Association of West Michigan (BOMA) and remains active in BOMA and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is an avid equestrian, riding English pleasure, hunt and dressage. |
