Mr. Visser brings nine years of experience in investment management, institutional bond and retail sales to his role as an Advisor with Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce (G&E|PC). He is skilled in new business development, client service and client loyalty.
As Advisor, Mr. Visser is responsible for tenant representation, lease and site analysis, portfolio analysis, leasing, purchases and sales. As an office specialist, he brings an emphasis landlord representation to G&EPC. He is actively working to identify, assess and assemble downtown parcels for future development. He has worked in a variety of positions with increasing responsibility for several Michigan companies, most recently serving as president of a bond-trading firm in Grand Rapids. |
