In his career as a real estate professional, Scott has gained a strong client base and reputation in the office market – focusing on suburban office properties.  He has worked with many leading developers in the area’s largest office parks, including Eaglecrest Office Park, North Evergreen Lake Office Park and Centennial Office Park and Wilson Crossings.

Scott also continues to devote more energy to the growing medical and health care industry in West Michigan. Scott has closed over 50 medical transactions in the past 10 years representing area physicians in both purchase and lease transactions.  In addition, Scott consults with Spectrum Hospital on medical lease transactions throughout West Michigan; in the 2005 – 2006 Wilson Crossings transaction, Scott worked with 100 area physicians to create a 70-acre office park devoted to healthcare and related businesses.
