Tom has been a Commercial Real Estate Advisor since 1990.  He has focused on Office and Corporate Real Estate brokerage in the West Michigan region.  He is a leader among West Michigan commercial real estate brokers and has a long history of established relationships with corporate clients.

Some of his past assignments include management and leasing for a 350,000 SF Class “A” office tower, disposition of a 200,000 SF corporate office owned by Quality Stores, and representation for companies such as MichCon, PEPSI and AT&T Wireless.  In addition, Tom has established himself as the leading broker for office and land transaction in the Muskegon Shoreline district.  Tom’s clients rely on his highly refined analytical skills, originally developed during a ten-year career as an auditor for Whirlpool Corporation.
