Mr. Beckering joined the Office Services Group at Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce (G&E|PC) in 2004, with an impressive background in development, architecture, construction, and property management experience. His career includes concept-to-completion involvement with several large-scale projects, spanning everything from design to construction management to leasing responsibilities for American Seating Park (A 350,000 SF historic, mixed-use redevelopment in downtown Grand Rapids).

As a commercial real estate advisor with G&E|PC, Mr. Beckering specializes in the downtown and southeast Grand Rapids office markets and is very effective at putting his extensive experience and creative problem-solving abilities to work for clients. He acts in an advisory capacity, helping clients understand the importance of real estate as a strategic component of their business and how it can be leveraged for success. Mr. Beckering assists landlords, sellers, tenants and buyers in addition to providing commercial real estate consulting services.

Mr. Beckering is equally committed to the industry, and is a member of the Commercial Alliance of REALTORS®, Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS®, Michigan Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Building Owners and Managers Association, and is a director for the Centennial Office Park Owners Association as well as the Grand Rapids Pattern Book Advisory Committee. He is also completing coursework to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member.

Mr. Beckering has also taken on the role of LFC Associate for G&E|PC. LFC is a state-of-the-industry accelerated online auction marketing program.
