Kenneth L. Trupke brings nearly two decades of professional experience in business administration, sales, operations and client service to his position as Managing Director of Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce. He has proven experience in business development, continuous improvement, personnel management, project planning and implementation, information technology, budgeting and related administrative areas.
As Managing Director, Mr. Trupke will have direct responsibility for coaching and directing sales staff in the Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo offices to ensure they have the ongoing training and tools needed to meet sales goals. He will also supervise all operating divisions of the company, including Marketing, Sales, Accounting and Finance, Human Resources and Property Management.
As a member of the leadership team, Mr. Trupke will work with the Board of Directors, Management and Advisors to assure that the best operating policies and procedures will lead to continued corporate growth and success of G&E|PC. |
