Mr. Lonnquist joined Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce in 1999. For 10 years he served as the company’s Director of Information Technology. Recognizing his proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems while meeting business objectives, managing risk and controlling costs led to Markus’s appointment to Director of Operations in January 2009.
In his current role of Director of Operations, Markus will run the day to day business operations of Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce. This includes overseeing the departments of accounting, marketing, research, property management, human resources and staffing. He believes in standardization and operational definitions to provide a more effective workplace that breeds efficiency and productivity.
Markus also serves on the company’s Executive Team and, as a member of this team, will work with the managing partner and Board of Directors to assure the best operating policies and procedures that will lead to continued growth and success of Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce. |
