A native of Kalamazoo, Karen Vandenboss brings more than two decades of local experience in all aspects of commercial real estate as well as executive roles in property management, marketing and retail sales. Most recently, she served as Director of Leasing with Allied Capital Corporation where she specialized in office, light industrial and retail land development and leasing.
Karen is responsible for all activities associated with a diverse portfolio of office, retail, medical, mixed use and investment properties, including leasing, sales, property management and related activities. Her solid experience and industry knowledge strengthens the Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce Team’s commitment and dedication to serving the Kalamazoo and surrounding markets.
Active professionally, she is a member of numerous real estate-related boards and organizations and is completing coursework to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). |
