David Kuepfer joined Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce's Kalamazoo, Mich. office in Jan., 2005 as a Real Estate Advisor, continuing an extensive career spanning roles as both a successful retail entrepreneur and a commercial real estate broker.

Shortly thereafter, Mr. Kuepfer left IBM for a turn in retailing, serving as co-founder and president of The Cookie Bin, Inc. As part of the company’s expansion, Mr. Kuepfer further honed his real estate skills while conducting site selection work for new locations. After selling the company in 1987, Mr. Kuepfer obtained his license to sell real estate. Additional business ventures have also followed; in frozen foods, fast food restaurants, coffee houses and of course, real estate.
In total, he has devoted nearly 10 years of his time and talents exclusively to commercial real estate. His exceptional background and experience as both a business owner and broker continue to provide invaluable insight for his clients. |
