Jonathon Dilworth joined Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce in 2007 after a year internship in our Kalamazoo office as a research assistant. In this role, Jonathon assists G&E|PC’s full-service research department to identify, collect, analyze and present emerging data as it relates to the region’s Office, Industrial, Retail and Land markets.
In his role as Associate Advisor, he is responsible for developing and maintaining listings with the brokerage team in Kalamazoo to facilitate the firm’s commercial real estate services including tenant, representation, sales and leasing.
Contributing to the team’s knowledge of market areas and commercial lease structures, Jonathon brings experience in construction, finance and research to his new position. |
