Jeff Schreur, CCIM, joined the Grand Rapids, Mich. office of Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce (G&E|PC) in 2003, as an Investment Advisor and Vice President, bringing an exceptional background in commercial real estate and executive leadership to the firm.  His extraordinary skills, knowledge and experience span more than nearly three decades, making Mr. Schreur one of the area’s true commercial real estate experts.

Part of his success lies in an ongoing commitment to strengthen and enhance the local industry; he is a former president of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors® (GRAR), a charter member of the Society of Distinguished Real Estate Professionals and an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.  He is also a recipient of the GRAR’s coveted Realtor of the Year award.

His leadership also extends into community life; Mr. Schreur has held board membership positions with the Inner City Christian Federation, the Southeast YMCA, the Cascade Hills Country Club and Blodgett Wellness at East Hills Athletic Club.  He has served as a Deacon and Trustee with Mayflower Congregational Church.
