John is a 25 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry with specific expertise in management, development, site acquisition and brokerage.

John was most recently affiliated with Trenton Lee Corporation of Grand Rapids, which he co-founded in 1984. John managed the development of some of West Michigan’s most prestigious residential & commercial developments.

His extensive business background combined with his real estate experience gives John the skills necessary to consult for our clients in numerous areas but in particular, residential and vacant land developments.
