John Rubie is a 28-year veteran of the commercial and residential real estate industry with specific expertise in management, development, site acquisition and brokerage.

John was most recently affiliated with Commerce Realty and Management Co., which formed in 2001 and merged with Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce in 2006. Prior to this, John co-founded TrentonLee Corporation in 1984.  He developed and managed some of West Michigan’s most prestigious residential and commercial developments.

With his extensive business background and combined real estate experience, John has the skills necessary to consult for our clients in numerous areas but in particular, residential and commercial land developments.
