As a partner in the law firm of Borre, Peterson, Fowler & Reens, P.C. for 21 years, Jim served as counsel for numerous corporate clients. He provided strategic counsel, with an emphasis on the sale and acquisition of businesses and the structuring of real estate transactions.
Jim’s knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry has produced several noteworthy real estate developments including restoration of historically significant buildings in the Grand Rapids Central Business District and suburban office and industrial parks. |
