Mr. Larimore has been involved in practically every aspect of the real estate industry. He is a recognized expert in real estate investments and structured transactions. His areas of specialization include performing project feasibility studies, accessing development incentive programs such as Rehabilitation, Brownfield and Low Income Housing tax credits, tax deferred acquisitions and dispositions, equity and debt financing, budgeting and forecasting, and the development and implementation of turn-around plans for troubled real estate projects. As the founder and principal consultant for a real estate financial services company, George has extensive experience in arranging debt and equity financing, structuring joint ventures, developing valuation models, and performing due diligence. He has managed the acquisition and financing of a $35 million multi-site project, has acted as interim Chief Financial Officer of a start-up company and is also the organizing and managing member of an “Angel Investor” fund specializing in technology infrastructure development. George serves on the Investment Group actively engaging in the financing, acquisition, sales, and management of commercial investment properties as well as providing professional consulting services in his many areas of expertise. |
