Colin Kraay joined Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce in 2002. Since that time Colin has been involved in over $385 Million of real estate transactions with over $125 Million of sales in 2007 alone.
As a member of the investment group Colin is involved with cash flow properties of all types, particularly multi-housing and industrial investment opportunities. He takes great pride in helping Buyers and Sellers work through the complex issues involved with investment properties and takes particular joy in assisting clients with 1031 property solutions and property valuation.
Colin has represented owners involved with office, industrial, retail and multi-housing properties and has done significant work with vacant land sales and development. He has worked with clients across the country to understand the West Michigan market. Colin considers “selling Grand Rapids” to be the highlight of his job.
