Joel Kamstra joined Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce full time in June 2007 after completing an internship with the Company.  As Investment/Research Support to the Investment Group, Joel assists in the analysis of income-producing properties and packaging of investment portfolios.  He is also responsible for updating G&E|PC’s extensive database on multi-family housing, market analysis, tax-credit applications and allocations and related activities to grow the Company’s presence in the multi-family housing market.
