Mr. Hildebrand has been a CPA since 1985, spending the majority of his professional career as a business consultant and serving as Chief Financial Officer of publicly traded companies (NASDAQ, TSE). His broad experience has engaged him in various kinds of financial evaluations and analyses, as well as administration, management and negotiations. He has conducted and participated in various seminars related to taxes, SEC reporting and compliance, crisis management and commercial real estate.
Mr. Hildebrand has been involved in five initial public offerings of stock (IPOs) and, when consulting, specialized in turn-around and crisis management. His clients have included a number of large banks, the U.S. Government, and some of the world’s largest corporations.
In addition to being a commercial real estate Investment Advisor, Mr. Hildebrand serves as Chief Financial Officer for Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce. Mr. Hildebrand’s experience in financial analysis and business transactions fits well with the Grubb & Ellis client-oriented philosophy of “agent as advisor.”
