Chad Barton joined Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce (G&E|PC) in 2004, having been in commercial real estate and development in West Michigan since 2001. His experience has included commercial sales and leasing, development analysis, large-tract land assemblage, and buyer/tenant representation. Since joining G&E|PC, Chad has specialized in investment real estate and has been involved in over $105 Million in transaction value.
As a member of the investment team, Chad utilizes his vast knowledge of the industry and his array of experience to assist investors in maximizing the value of their investment properties through financial analysis, property acquisitions, property dispositions, and consulting. Chad has worked and lived throughout West Michigan and has a great understanding of the various submarkets and underlying market dynamics throughout this geographic area. He is passionate about the vitality the West Michigan region which embodies a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a philanthropic attitude and strong work ethic.
While Chad has experience with all sectors of investment real estate, his efforts have been primarily focused on Office, Retail, and Industrial transactions.
