Mr. King joined Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce in June of 2002, after managing CB Richard Ellis’ Grand Rapids office. Prior to that, he managed the real estate operations for Amway Corporation and its affiliated interests overseeing a portfolio containing in excess of 3,000,000 square feet in over 30 locations throughout North America. Throughout his 19-year career, Chuck’s primary focus has been on industrial property. He has extensive experience in leasing, site selection, acquisition and disposition, development, and financing.
In addition to his efforts in West Michigan, Chuck has worked extensively with a number of major firms handling assignments in North America and globally. |
