Matthew J. Abraham began his career in the Research Department of Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce. As a Research Analyst for the firm, Matt streamlined the department by introducing a process for near real-time statistics, as well as developing many new tools for the Advisors to have the most current, complete and accurate information in the marketplace. In this role, Matt gained a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate market in West Michigan.
Matt transitioned to his new role as Industrial Advisor in 2007 and now works closely with Duke Suwyn, SIOR, CCIM, President and CEO of Grubb & Ellis|Paramount Commerce. Matt takes a proactive, hands-on approach in understanding and serving the needs of his clients. Matt gives clients the factual market information they need in order to make the most suitable, cost-efficient and profitable decisions in their real estate endeavors. |
